Not Watching What You Drink

What you are not eating, might be what you are drinking! Does that yogurt smoothie have too much sugar? Or did you have two soft drinks with your salad today? Drinks usually go unnoticed but add a lot to your diet. Watch what you drink and how much drink.

Not Sleeping Enough

Taking Too Much Stress

Now everybody stresses on something or the other every day. But prolonged stress or chronic stress can affect your weight loss journey and your health adversely. According to Luke Coutinho, the founder of ‘You Care’, stress leads to a rise in cortisol levels (stress hormone) and adrenaline, which sends instructions to several parts of our body to equip with a fight or flight response. Over time, due to the overuse of cortisol, our body runs out of it, leading to adrenal fatigue. This leads to a hormonal imbalance, which has every connection with body fat, gaining lean muscle, fertility, conception, sustenance of pregnancy, loss of bone density, and most importantly, estrogen dominance – the main reason behind stubborn belly fat.

Life is too short to be stuck on stressful relationships, people or events, break out of them. Eat well, Exercise good and keep your mind healthy. I promise you, you’ll be just fine.
