Mental Health Takes Center Stage: Trijog Hosts ‘Diversify with Trijog – Chapter 2

Industry leaders converge to prioritize psychological safety and workplace well-being on World Mental Health Day 2024

Trijog, a leader in mental health and corporate wellness, hosted the second edition of its event ‘Diversify with Trijog.’ This year’s theme focused on making mental health a priority in the workplace, aligning with World Mental Health Day 2024. The event brought together business leaders, mental health experts, and professionals to discuss how to create safer and more supportive work environments.

However the event was held in October 1 at Jolies, Worli, Mumbai hosting industry leaders, mental health advocates, and corporate decision-makers to explore strategies that foster psychological safety at work. They also talked about need for sustainable, long-term approaches to mental health and psychological safety in corporate settings. 

A key highlight of the evening, was the launch of the product Trijog Certification Program (TCP), an initiative certifying psychologically healthy workplaces. Through comprehensive assessments of workplace culture and employee well-being based on 29 parameters. This ground-breaking tool provides businesses with insights into their current psychological safety standards, offering clear pathways to enhance them through tailored interventions.

Arushi Sethi, Co-Founder and CEO of Trijog, shared her vision for the event, stating, “Workplace mental health concerns, cost the world 12 billion lost workdays each year—a crisis no business can afford to ignore. Mental well-being isn’t optional; it’s a necessity. Healthy minds fuel innovation, resilience, and success. Sahej Sethi, Co-Founder and COO of Trijog emphasized the need for meaningful action, noting, “Despite mental health costing the global economy $1 trillion annually in lost productivity, companies are still underinvesting in their employees’ well-being. Every sector—from technology to manufacturing—needs to prioritize psychological safety, yet most workplaces fall dangerously short. With ‘Diversify with Trijog – Chapter 2,’ we’re uniting leaders across sectors to spotlight this critical gap and push for urgent, meaningful investment in mental health.”

The event commenced with a Welcome Address on “A New Era of Mental Health Care in the Workplace,” followed by a Fireside Chat featuring Luke Coutinho, a renowned holistic lifestyle coach, and Arushi Sethi. It also included an insightful panel discussion with esteemed leaders such as Dipali Goenka, MD & CEO of Welspun Living Limited; Yashwant Mahadik, President of Global Human Resources, Lupin; Kavinder Singh, Joint Managing Director of Pidilite Industries Ltd.; Anureet Sethi, Chairperson & Co-Founder of Trijog; and Arushi Sethi, CEO & Co-Founder of Trijog.

Additionally, honoured organizations excelling in workplace mental health through an Awards & Felicitation segment along with a special Musical Performance, thе Mеntal Hеalth Jam, with India’s brightеst talеnts Lisa Mishra, Akshath Acharya, and Ashwin Adwani designed to inspire creativity and emotional well-being.

The first chapter of ‘Diversify with Trijog,’ held in 2023, focused on diversity, inclusion, and representation, with influential voices such as Faye D’souza, Sushant Digvikar, and Raj Mariwala. Building on this legacy, Chapter 2 tackled the next frontier—making mental health and psychological safety core pillars of corporate culture.
